The LEED Accredited Professional (Building Design + Construction) course will prepare professionals for the design and construction phases of green buildings in the commercial, residential, education and healthcare sectors. This course helps participants understand and prepare for the LEED AP BD+C exam.

Target Audience

This qualification has been designed for those professionals involved in infrastructure design and development such as architects, property managers, construction managers, facility managers, Health & Safety Managers, Sustainability Managers and engineers.   

Course Prerequisites

To be eligible for a LEED AP BD+C exam, you must:

a.  be 18 years of age or older

b.  hold a current LEED Green Associate credential

Assessment Methodology

The LEED Green Associate exam contains 100 multiple choice questions (MCQ) and is delivered in a 2-hour period.
